⦿ By ordering products from the website www.whites.sa, and by paying the price to purchase the products, you are entering into a sale agreement with Whites under these Terms and Conditions, which apply to the sale of all products supplied by Whites.

⦿ We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the website, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the website.

Ordering Products

⦿ Products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card or debit card for the product(s), unless you wish to accept a substitute product.

⦿ Please note that you can order up to 3 (three) items of the same product.

⦿ We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problem identified by us.

⦿ We reserve the right to exclude any products or any brands at our discretion.

Please notice that products we sell are not intended for resale.

⦿ By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as indicated during the order process, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

Payment Method & Policy

⦿ Price of the products and delivery charges are shown in Saudi Arabian Riyal “SAR”.

⦿ Product prices exclude VAT. VAT will be added to your cart before checkout.

⦿ We accept payment by credit card or debit card (Mada, VISA, MasterCard and SADAD).

⦿ All credit card or debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer, If the issuer of your credit card or debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.

⦿ Details on your credit card or debit card which you used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder.

⦿ All credit card or debit cards’ details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider.

⦿ Your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, and we guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website.

Products Liability

⦿ By buying products through our website, you acknowledge and agree that Whites carries no product liability except as described above in the preceding paragraphs regarding returning and exchanging the products or refunding the price paid., and full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer.

Offers Policy

⦿ For offers that are applied on the second pieces (Buy 2 for 1 or Buy 3 for 2), the offer will be applied on the lowest prices items that are added to the cart.

Coupon Codes Discounts

⦿ Discount coupon codes aren’t applied on offer items, Medicines, Baby milk powders or Diapers.

Orders Cancellation Policy

⦿ You can cancel your order before the shipping of the order by calling our guest care center on 920006648.

⦿ No cancellation or refunding for order, if requested after shipping.

Re-shipping Orders Policy

⦿ If the order is returned to Whites as the guest refuse to receive the orders, or the shipping company try to communicate with the guest and no response, we won’t be able to re-ship the order again.

Miscellaneous

⦿ We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

⦿ Any modifications of these Terms and Conditions will be effective once published on our website.

⦿ We, through the website, will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

⦿ If any of the provision of these Terms and conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the other terms of these Terms and

⦿ Conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

⦿ These Terms and Conditions are reproduced in English and Arabic, and if there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the Arabic text will apply unless applicable local law requires otherwise.

⦿ These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Riyadh courts.

⦿ Free delivery only applies to any order containing at least one makeup product (during the period from February 11 to 15, 2025)

Order Cancellation Policy – Whites Pharmacy

At Whites Pharmacy, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers.

To ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties, we have established a clear order cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Whites Pharmacy

Whites Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

• Payment is declined or not successfully processed.
• Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided, or inability to reach the customer.
• Failure to collect the order within the specified period.
• For “Click & Collect” orders paid online, if the order is not collected within 7 days.
• For “Click & Collect” orders with cash-on-delivery payment, if the order is not collected within 72 hours.
• Any bulk order containing more than 8 units of the same item, as per management guidelines.

2. Order Cancellation by the Customer

Customers can cancel their orders in the following cases:

• Before the order is packed and processed, through their personal account on the website under “My Orders”.
• Once packing and processing have begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
• If the order has not yet been shipped or delivered.
• If the cancellation request is received after shipment, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the time elapsed between shipping and receiving the cancellation request.
• If the requested product or service is unavailable within two (2) business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Schedule

The delivery date and time are determined based on the customer’s selection when completing the order through the website.

The delivery representative will contact the customer at the scheduled time to confirm the delivery and complete it at the selected time and location.

1. Orders within Riyadh

• The Whites delivery representative will contact the customer upon arrival at the delivery location through WhatsApp messages and in-app calls.
• The representative will attempt to contact the customer up to three times using these methods.
• If the customer does not respond after three attempts, the representative will leave the location, and the order will be returned to our warehouse.
• A text message (SMS) will then be sent to inform the customer that delivery was attempted but not completed.
• The message will include a link to reschedule the delivery for a new date If the customer wishes to change the delivery location after the order has been shipped, the driver will return the order to the warehouse, and a message containing a rescheduling link will be sent to the customer.
• After rescheduling, the customer must contact Customer Service to provide the updated address so that the delivery system can be updated and the order delivered to the new location.

Notes:

• If the customer does not reschedule the delivery within 3 days of receiving the rescheduling message, the order will be automatically canceled.
• If the customer does not receive the rescheduling message, they should contact Customer Service for assistance.

2. Orders Outside Riyadh

Orders to other cities are shipped through approved shipping companies, and the customer will be contacted directly by the courier company to coordinate the delivery.
