⦿ Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you promptly and refund or re-credit your account, unless you accept a substitute product.

Whites’ guests’ loyalty program has been recently relaunched, and gives rewards to our valued guests with one point for each spent Riyal, through registering using their full name (first name, family name) and mobile phone number through visiting any branch.
◆ To enjoy loyalty offers and benefits, you must register full and correct data, first name, family names, and mobile number.
◆ The guest’s mobile phone number must be registered, not any other number.
◆ The customer’s mobile number is the unique identifier for the customer loyalty account and cannot be changed.
◆ Ana Whites Rewards allows each user to register once, and anyone who is not registered cannot utilize it.
◆ Subscribers can join the Ana Whites Rewards Program for free.
◆ Ana Whites Rewards Program is intended for personal use only.
◆ Customer's points that are linked with a certain mobile account cannot be transferred to another mobile number.
◆ Earning points depends on the products purchased. Additional points can be collected through Whites Rewards program offers.
◆ You can collect points and redeem from all Whites branches.
◆ Earning rate is 1% (each 100 SAR spend = 100 points = 1 SAR redemption).
◆ Customer's points that are linked with a certain mobile account cannot be transferred to another mobile number.
◆ Points earned are an exclusive right of the member who earned it. No other member is entitled to claim the rewards (unless he confirms the original membership mobile number).
◆ Baby products, milk and medicines and discounted products, offers, Insurance Wasfaty, Wasfaty Plus and Aggregators sales are excluded from loyalty program.
◆ Ana Whites programs upper tiers include:
✦ Silver tier: Total purchases within a year, up to 2000 SAR.
✦ Golden tier: Total purchases within a year from 2000 SAR & up to 3500 SAR.
✦ Platinum tier: Total purchases within a year, more than 3500 SAR.
◆ Points can be redeemed immediately after earning.
◆ When the guest redeems points, the redemption code (OTP) will be delivered to the registered mobile number and then entered into the system.
◆ Customer's points that are linked with a certain mobile account cannot be transferred to another mobile number.
◆ Validation period of the points is one year from earning date.
◆ Validation of the points cannot be renewed or extended. Whites do not hold any liability whatsoever in case the points are expired.
◆ In case of return a purchase for money, the points earned on those purchases will be deducted from your rewards program account (original invoice must be presented to complete this process).
◆ Strict standards are applied to protect our customers’ personal data and information.
◆ Whites reserve the right to request the registered mobile number on redemption of points.
◆ Whites reserve the right to always modify the program and its features, as required. It also reserves the right to cancel or replace the program in whole or in part.
◆ Whites does not hold any liability of any kind which might arise because of their modification, cancellation of partial or total replacement of “Whites Reward” program; however, members hold the right to redeem the points within the period declared by Whites or until the date points expire, whichever comes first.
⦿ For offers that are applied on the second pieces (Buy 2 for 1 or Buy 3 for 2), the offer will be applied on the lowest prices items that are added to the cart.
⦿ Free Delivery: Applied for orders above 300 SAR.

⦿ Offers displayed on the Whites website and mobile application are valid only for orders placed through the website or the application and may differ from, or may not be available for, purchases made at Whites retail stores.
⦿ Discount coupon codes aren’t applied on offer items, Medicines, Baby milk powders or Diapers.
⦿ Used coupons are non-refunded if order cancelled.
At Whites Pharmacy, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. To ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties, we have established a clear order cancellation policy.
Whites Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
◆ Payment is declined or not successfully processed.
◆ Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided, or inability to reach the customer.
◆ Failure to collect the order within the specified period:
✦ For “Click & Collect” orders paid online, if the order is not collected within 7 days.
✦ For “Click & Collect” orders with cash-on-delivery payment, if the order is not collected within 72 hours.
◆ Any bulk order containing more than 8 units of the same item, as per management guidelines.
Customers can cancel their orders in the following cases:
◆ Before the order is packed and processed, through their personal account on the website under “My Orders”.
◆ Once packing and processing have begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
◆ You can cancel your order before the shipping of the order by calling our guest care center on 920006648.
◆ If the order has not yet been shipped or delivered. No cancellation or refunding for order, if requested after shipping.
◆ If the cancellation request is received after shipment, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the time elapsed between shipping and receiving the cancellation request.
◆ If the requested product or service is unavailable within two (2) business days from order confirmation.
The delivery date and time are determined based on the customer’s selection when completing the order through the website. The delivery representative will contact the customer at the scheduled time to confirm the delivery and complete it at the selected time and location.
◆ The Whites delivery representative will contact the customer upon arrival at the delivery location through WhatsApp messages and in-app calls.
◆ The representative will attempt to contact the customer up to three times using these methods.
◆ If the customer does not respond after three attempts, the representative will leave the location, and the order will be returned to our warehouse.
◆ A text message (SMS) will then be sent to inform the customer that delivery was attempted but not completed.
◆ The message will include a link to reschedule the delivery for a new date. If the customer wishes to change the delivery location after the order has been shipped, the driver will return the order to the warehouse, and a message containing a rescheduling link will be sent to the customer.
◆ After rescheduling, the customer must contact Customer Service to provide the updated address so that the delivery system can be updated and the order delivered to the new location.
◆ Notes:
✦ If the customer does not reschedule the delivery within 3 days of receiving the rescheduling message, the order will be automatically canceled.
✦ If the customer does not receive the rescheduling message, they should contact Customer Service for assistance.
◆ Orders to other cities are shipped through approved shipping companies, and the customer will be contacted directly by the courier company to coordinate the delivery.
◆ If the order is returned to Whites as the guest refuse to receive the orders, or the shipping company try to communicate with the guest and no response, we won’t be able to re-ship the order again.
⦿ Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return some or all the products, following these requirements & conditions:
◆ The item/s is not open or used.
◆ The item/s should be in the original packaging.
◆ You must have the invoice that arrived with the shipment.
◆ The items should be eligible for return as below.
⦿ If you have met the requirements, give a call on 920006648 within 14 days of delivery and we will pick the order or the products from you within 3 working days.
⦿ After you return the order, the value of the items (without shipping charges) will be returned within 14 business days into customer bank account after we receive and check the items in our warehouse and accept the return.
⦿ In case if the items is not in it's original condition, return will be rejected.
⦿ In case if the order is not received or delivery rejected after payment, the items will be returned to our warehouse with 14 business days, then the value of the items (without shipping charges) will be returned within 14 business days to the bank account.
⦿ Products from following categories are not eligible for return:

◆ Baby milk, Food, Vitamins, Supplements, and Medicines.
⦿ It is not available to replace any products except you receive wrong or damaged products, in this case we replace the product with the same original products, or we will refund the amount of the product.
