Loyalty Program Policies

Whites’ guests’ loyalty program has been recently relaunched, and gives rewards to our valued guests with one point for each spent Riyal, through registering using their full name (first name, family name) and mobile phone number through visiting any branch.

Registration

• To enjoy loyalty offers and benefits, you must register full and correct data, first name, family names, and mobile number.

• The guest’s mobile phone number must be registered, not any other number.

• Ana Whites Rewards allows each user to register once, and anyone who is not registered cannot utilize it.

• Subscribers can join the Ana Whites Rewards Program for free.

• Ana Whites Rewards Program is intended for personal use only.

Earning Points

• Earning points depends on the products purchased. Additional points can be collected through Whites Rewards program offers.

• You can collect points and redeem from all Whites branches.

• Earning rate is 1% (each 100 SAR spend = 100 points = 1 SAR redemption).

• Points earned are an exclusive right of the member who earned it. No other member is entitled to claim the rewards (unless he confirms the original membership mobile number).

• Baby products, milk and medicines and discounted products, offers, Insurance Wasfaty, Wasfaty Plus and Aggregators sales are excluded from loyalty program.

• Ana Whites programs upper tiers include:

o Silver tier: Total purchases within a year, up to 2000 SAR.

o Golden tier: Total purchases within a year from 2000 SAR & up to 3500 SAR.

o Platinum tier: Total purchases within a year, more than 3500 SAR.

Points Redemption

• Points can be redeemed immediately after earning.

• When the guest redeems points, the redemption code (OTP) will be delivered to the registered mobile number and then entered into the system.

• Validation period of the points is one year from earning date.

• Validation of the points cannot be renewed or extended. Whites do not hold any liability whatsoever in case the points are expired.

Return and exchange

• In case of return a purchase for money, the points earned on those purchases will be deducted from your rewards program account (original invoice must be presented to complete this process).

Data Privacy

• Strict standards are applied to protect our customers’ personal data and information.

• Whites reserve the right to request the registered mobile number on redemption of points.

• Whites reserve the right to always modify the program and its features, as required. It also reserves the right to cancel or replace the program in whole or in part.

• Whites and does not hold any liability of any kind, which might arise because of their modification, cancellation of partial or total replacement of “Whites Reward” program, however, members hold the right to redeem the points within the period declared by Whites or until the date points expire, whichever comes first.
