To ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties, we have established a clear order cancellation policy. 1. Order Cancellation by Whites Pharmacy Whites Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases: Payment is declined or not successfully processed. Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided, or inability to reach the customer. Failure to collect the order within the specified period. For “Click & Collect” orders paid online, if the order is not collected within 7 days. For “Click & Collect” orders with cash-on-delivery payment, if the order is not collected within 72 hours. Order Cancellation by the Customer Customers can cancel their orders in the following cases: Before the order is packed and processed, through their personal account on the website under “My Orders”. Once packing and processing have begun, the order can no longer be canceled. If the order has not yet been shipped or delivered. If the cancellation request is received after shipment, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the time elapsed between shipping and receiving the cancellation request. Delivery Schedule The delivery date and time are determined based on the customer’s selection when completing the order through the website. A text message (SMS) will then be sent to inform the customer that delivery was attempted but not completed. The message will include a link to reschedule the delivery for a new date If the customer wishes to change the delivery location after the order has been shipped, the driver will return the order to the warehouse, and a message containing a rescheduling link will be sent to the customer. After rescheduling, the customer must contact Customer Service to provide the updated address so that the delivery system can be updated and the order delivered to the new location. Notes: If the customer does not reschedule the delivery within 3 days of receiving the rescheduling message, the order will be automatically canceled. If the customer does not receive the rescheduling message, they should contact Customer Service for assistance. 2. Orders Outside Riyadh Orders to other cities are shipped through approved shipping companies, and the customer will be contacted directly by the courier company to coordinate the delivery.
